Flavours
All of my Cakes are baked fresh to order from the freshest ingredients and consist of 4 even layers of sponge and 3 layers of filling, making all of my cake tiers approximately 6” in height. Should you be looking for something slightly taller or even shorter, then please just ask.
PLease be advised that I am unable to cater for allergies or special dietary requirements due to my cakes being made in an environment where gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs and other allergens are present.
Classic Vanilla
Vanilla sponge sandwiched with raspberry jam & vanilla buttercream.
Zesty Lemon
Lemon sponge soaked in lemon syrup, sandwiched with lemon curd & buttercream.
Chocolate
Belgian chocolate sponge sandwiched with silky belgian chocolate buttercream.
Salted Caramel
Caramel sponge sandwiched with salted caramel sauce and buttercream.
Red Velvet
Red Velvet sponge with vanilla buttercream filling.
Carrot
Moist sponge with shredded carrot and walnuts with vanilla buttercream filling.

Sticky Toffee
Sticky toffee sponge with very finely chopped dates, sandwiched with toffee sauce and buttercream.

Rich chocolate orange sponge with chocolate orange buttercream.
Millionaire
Vanilla sponge sandwiched with caramel sauce & chocolate buttercream.
Cookie Dough
Chocolate chip cookie dough sponge filled with vanilla buttercream.
